Shoot type: 30 minute custom session Location: In-home, Davis, CA
 I had the pleasure of photographing more of my good friend Toby today, this time outdoors in some gorgeous early-winter late-afternoon sunlight.  
   Today I got to photograph a couple of snugglers. I've photographed Hugo and Roxy before, so I've gotten to know a bit of their personalities by now. Both rescue dogs, Hugo (top) is always on the lookout for a snuggle opportunity. I caught him in the middle of pleading for a belly rub in this shot, leaning his head towards his dog-walker. Roxy (bottom), ever the proper lady, sat upright looking forward patiently under command.   I got to shoot this cute little guy--Toby--shortly after a walk, so it was a mellow shoot, full of drowsy puppy-dog eyes and snuggling on the couch (which he has claimed as his own, make no mistake). Every animal has its own unique personality, and it was a pleasure to capture Toby's.
